Poor sleep, anticipation of fishing this morning. Up at 5:30, packed up. Went to Lake Shawnee. Fish with Dennis until about 11. One small white bass, cold and windy today. Home around noon, prepared meal one. Good results fasting.
Day 9 ~ Monday ✅
Week 1 results - 240.4 to 237 with majority of weight loss happening on day 1. No movement for last 5 days. BF 37.2 to 36.7. Adjustments to plan today. Do a 40 hour fast ending Tuesday at noon. Beginning Tuesday, try a 16/8 IF Schedule with 5 Feeding Intervals. Focus on Protein / Healthy Fats and Greens. Continue to eliminate Dairy. Completed 40 hour fast.
Day 8 ~ Sunday ✅
Had family day at the clubhouse. Gingerbread house making Jake and I went shooting at the Gun Club. Stuck with the protein meals, who hash in the morning and five chicken thighs. Drank a little more water yesterday with lemon. No supplements.
Day 7 ~ Free Day
Went over to The Gun Club and had some breakfast casserole. Did not make the most of my free day. Ate a couple of corndogs and some pancakes. Woke up this morning with headache. Definitely not worth it. I would rate free day as a fail.
Day 6 ~ 100% ✅
Up this morning, routine complete minus the walk. Going to take care of cleaning out the truck and some administrative items. Walking the property later this afternoon moving cameras, and putting out additional feed for the deer.
Day 5 ~ 100% ✅
Morning routine, added apple cider vinegar shot to the morning stack. Walked across dam. Stretching and sauna. First coffee 8 AM. Food management was pretty good, had lunch at a Mexican restaurant. Weight is slowly dropping and or stable.

8:30 get up. Henry got his deer. Good eating today. Started supplements.
Day 3 ~ 100% ✅
Up this morning, around 830, drink water, 4 ounces of ground beef for 30 g of protein. 30 minute power walk up to the bridge and back. Stretching afterward. First coffee 10 AM. Going to barbecue lunch with Jack today in Eudora for birthday. Had Second, serving of ground beef at 12:15, 230 some brisket meat and a small green salad with balsamic. 6 o’clock two strips of bacon two eggs half a cup of black beans. Handful of peanuts at tv time.

Sitting in Sydney Nebraska at the Cabela’s parking lot. Arrived at 11:30 PM. Up this morning at seven. Just finished 100 moves. Cooking up four strips of bacon and two eggs. Ran out of propane. Was only able to eat my bacon. Got on the road. Made a coffee stop along the way. Tried to find a rotisserie chicken. Made three stops. No luck. Showed great restraint holding out until I got home. Cooked some ground beef and spinach. Had two spoons of almond butter before bed. Glad to be home.

On the road today from Butte Montana headed home. I’ve been listening to the four hour body on audio formulating a plan for the hundred days. Intermittent fasting from last night until today around 4 PM. Stopped in Buffalo Wyoming, went for a 30 minute walk up clear Creek in the sunshine.came back to the camper and made some dinner. Tri-tip steak, spinach, salad, avocado, and water. Decided to push on for another five hours or so. Get home tomorrow sometime. Did 100 moves within 30 minutes of waking. 32 Oz lemon water. Coffee w cream. Duck breast 5 oz . Drove on to Sydney Nebraska. Camping at the Cabela’s store. Hungry, scrambled three eggs with butter before bed. 11:40 PM.
