Up this morning, around 830, drink water, 4 ounces of ground beef for 30 g of protein. 30 minute power walk up to the bridge and back. Stretching afterward. First coffee 10 AM. Going to barbecue lunch with Jack today in Eudora for birthday. Had Second, serving of ground beef at 12:15, 230 some brisket meat and a small green salad with balsamic. 6 o’clock two strips of bacon two eggs half a cup of black beans. Handful of peanuts at tv time.
