Gratitude Journal: Today I am thankful that after 58 years I have the opportunity to be my best version of me. I have the will, resources and ability to carry this out.

How do I feel: This morning I feel heavy from the food choices of the last week, need to do a cleanse and purge of toxic accumulation.

Strategies for the day: Make steady progress on my travel home, stay safe. Listen to positive learning input, calming music while driving. Filter out all negativity. Practice discipline.
